This policy applies to all purchases made on our website, mepg.eu. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and providing a clear, fair returns process.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to return your order before sending any items back. Please contact us via email at:

Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Any items sent back to us without prior notification will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Conditions for Returned Items
For a return to be accepted, the item(s) must be returned to us in their original, perfect, and sellable condition. Upon receipt, all returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The item must be free of any scents, including perfume, deodorant, or smoke.
- The item must have all original tags and packaging intact and attached.
MEPG Fashion reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions. In such cases, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
5. Diminished Value of Goods
You have the right to inspect the goods to establish their nature and characteristics, similar to how you might in a physical store (e.g., trying on an item of clothing).
However, you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their suitability. If we find that the returned item has been used beyond simple inspection, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the reimbursement for the loss in value of the goods.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@mepg.eu.
Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with an exchange, which includes the cost of returning the original item to us and the cost of shipping the new item to you.
7. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Please note that the original shipping costs from your order are not refunded.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
The above policy applies to returns based on your right of withdrawal (“change of mind”). It does not affect your statutory rights for faulty goods.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@mepg.eu with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. In accordance with your legal guarantee, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or a full refund (including all original and return shipping costs) for any faulty goods.
