What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please visit our [Refund and Returns Policy] page for full details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to track your package.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we proudly ship to customers all over the world. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. For more details, please visit our Shipping Policy page.
How can I change something in my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify an order once it has been placed and is processing. This is to ensure our fulfillment process is as fast as possible. If you need to make a change, the best approach is to contact us immediately at info@mepg.eu to request a cancellation. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and you can place a new, correct order.

What materials do you use?
We are committed to Uncompromising Quality, which starts with the materials we select. Our collections primarily feature natural fabrics such as merino wool, cashmere, and high-quality cotton. You can find detailed fabric composition on each individual product page.
How do I find the right size?
We recommend checking the ‘Size & Fit’ guide available on every product page. It includes specific measurements for each garment. If you’re between sizes or have further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
The item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
Due to the curated nature of our collections, some pieces are limited and may not be restocked. However, many of our core ‘Essentials’ are replenished. The best way to be notified of a restock is to visit the product page, select your desired size, and enter your email on the waitlist form. We also announce major restocks to our newsletter subscribers.
How should I care for my MEPG pieces?
Our garments are crafted to last, and with the right care, they will remain a cherished part of your wardrobe for years to come. While each piece has a specific care label, here are some general guidelines:
**For our Knitwear (Sweaters, Cardigans):**
To maintain the shape and softness of our knitwear, we strongly recommend hand washing in cool water with a mild detergent or professional dry cleaning. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as this can cause shrinking or stretching. After washing, gently reshape the garment and lay it flat to dry away from direct sunlight.
**For our Cotton Garments (T-Shirts, etc.):**
We recommend machine washing in cold water with similar colors and turning the item inside out to protect any prints or details. Tumble dry on a low setting or, for best results, hang to dry.
**The Golden Rule:**
The care label inside each garment is your best guide. Please always refer to it for specific instructions.
Payment Questions
Your security is our priority. Here are answers to common questions about our secure payment process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We also offer the option to pay via PayPal.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We do not store any of your credit card information on our servers. All transactions are processed by Stripe and PayPal, which are certified to the highest level of security in the payments industry.
What currency will I be charged in?
All our prices are in Euros (EUR). When you complete your purchase, your card will be charged in EUR. The final amount on your bank statement in your local currency may vary slightly depending on your bank’s exchange rate.
Why was my payment declined?
Payments can be declined for several reasons. Please ensure your card details are entered correctly. If the problem persists, we recommend contacting your bank to ensure there are no issues with your card. For security reasons, we do not have access to the specific reason for a decline.
