We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Service. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors.
All prices are shown in Euros (€) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time. In the event of a pricing error or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the price or the item. An order is an offer to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the “Order Confirmation”).
The Order Confirmation is an acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer. A binding contract between you and MEPG Fashion is formed when we send you a subsequent email confirming that the product has been dispatched (the “Dispatch Confirmation”).
5. Payment
We accept payments through Stripe and PayPal. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide from our base in Spain, primarily using the carrier Correos. Any delivery dates or times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in deliveries.
International Customers: You are the importer of record. Please be aware that you are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage fees that may be applied to your order by your country’s customs authorities. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are your sole responsibility.
7. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
In compliance with EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the process within 14 days of receipt. The item(s) must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached. The cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
